Berapa sich total yang harus dikeluarin saat beli rumah
secara kemarin2 ada temenku yang lagi dalam proses beli rumah di daerah victoria park, wa, rumahnya unit gitu, halaman belakangnya kecil, mepet ama tetangga.. harganya sekitar 400ribu dolar.. beli rumah orang indo juga, katanya sich segitu murah  loh.. rata2 rumah di vic park udah 700ribuan gitu..
