ku lagi demen jus buah alami alias jus buah2an dan sayuran dicampur.
bahan2 diet yang penuh fiber;
Greens -- collards, kale, turnip greens*
Lima beans
Mushrooms
Potato with skin
Pumpkin, canned
Peas -- black-eyed peas, green peas
Peppers
Rhubarb
Spinach*
Sweet Potatoes
* These high-fiber vegetables are also goitrogenic, meaning that they promote thyroid enlargement and can potentially cause or aggravate hypothyroidism. Typically, the risk is highest when these foods are consumed raw, regularly, and in substantial quantity. Cooking eliminates most goitrogenic properties.

soalnya berat badan nambah .. he he jadinya harus diet sekarang..
terus juga gara2 nonton film dokumentasi inspirasi dari joe cross, dia dulu gendut banget sekarang jadi kurus gara2 terus minum jus campur tsb.
biasanya kalo pagi, aku minum jus sarapan , terus siang makannya fruit salad gitu, kalo masih laper juga aku bikin chicken salad.
jus sarapanku isinya;
2 buah pisang ranum,kupas kulitnya
1/2 gelas almond milk
3 buah blueberry segar/frozen
3 buah stroberi segar
1 buah apel
1 buah aprikot
semuanya di blender terus diminum dech.. itu sarapanku sekarang.. jus aja, bernutrisi, kalo laper lagi ya bikin bread toast aja ha ha ha, biasanya soalnya kalo makan roti, kenyangnya lama.
aku baru aja mulai diet buah ini.. aku pengen banget turun berat badan,, aku sekarang beratku 58kg, pengen turun jadi 50kg gitu loh..
doain yach mudah2an dietku berhasil...
