kemarin lihat Salah satu program tv, ada orang namanya joe cross, dulunya gendut banget, sekarang dia kurus gara2 diet jus gitu.. dia bilang jus tiap hari sebagai pengganti makanan memang berat tantangannya, tapi kalo dijalani hasilnya pasti memuaskan.. emang bener sich dia kurusan sekarang..beda banget sama pas awal ditunjukin befor and after gitu.. jauh loh bedanya...

kale itu sejenis sayuran tapi kalo di jus sendiri juga boleh, tapi agak pahit gitu,makanya ditambah apel, jahe, carrot, celery, lemon ntar rasanya agak enakan..
kalo gak salah resepnya ini green mean juice:
1 bunch kale
2 green apple
1 lemon
1 cucumber
1 carrot
1 stick celery
semua bahan di jus, terus diminum dech...
