is carrot best eaten raw?

lets set the record straight once for all. is carrot best eaten raw or cooked?
since im into healthy stuff right now, and I eat carrot a lot, in soup and stir fry, i wanted to know if im doing the right thing here. eventhought, I dont like the taste of the raw carrot, but if I get more nutrient eating raw, I'll be munching the raw all the time, from now on, but if cooking carrot doesn't take away all the good stuff, then I'll stick to cook carrot, which is my favorite.

So many spekulation going on around the internet about carrot, some people say you get the full benefits/ nutrients when you eat them raw as some nutrients are lost in the cooking process( High temperature, when you cook something, or bake, destroys those good thing in carrots. Some others says when you cook them, they will afford you more vitamin A because the vitamin is locked in the fiber. Your body doesn't soften the fiber enough in time to unlock that nutrient from the raw root. Also, some says that carrot is good eaten either way, since carrots are harder to digest, so as long as you don't boil them to death, you get the same amount of nutrients from cooked as raw.
So which one is it true?

First thing first, what's in carrot?
Carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A, a good source of potassium, and contain vitamins C & B6, copper, folic acid,thiamine and magnesium. The high level of beta-carotene is very important and gives carrots their distinctive orange colour.Carrots also contain, in smaller amounts, essential oils, carbohydrates and nitrogenous composites. They are well-known for their sweetening, antianaemic, healing, diuretic, remineralizing and sedative properties.

Are carrots more nutritious if eaten raw?
It depends on how you eat them.
--> if you just much em' , only 3% of the total beta-carotene content is released from raw carrots. Because raw carrots have tough cellular walls, the body is able to convert less than 25 per cent of their beta carotene into vitamin A
---> if you homogenized (juice/Blender/pulp) you can have 21% of beta carotene.
 when consumed in raw piecesBut unless the carrot is juiced then consumed, the body cannot break down the goodness because of the cellular nature of the carrot.
---> Raw carrot contains vitamin C, which is highly unstable, is easily degraded through oxidation.

Are carrots more nutritious cooked?
Also, depend on how you eat them.
---> Boiling carrots before slicing them increases their anti-cancer properties by 25%
---> pre-slicing a carrot and boiling it
